It is desired to offer you some things to consider concerning the ET life saga and planet Earth. Many people are still waiting on full disclosure from government powers to admit that the ancient ET phenomena is real and that ETs do exist and have been visiting Earth for thousands of years but it would be wise to stop looking  to corrupt control to reveal truth and become aware of the truth that is all around us.

The controlling powers of planet Earth know the truth about ET involvement with Earth, they know “some” of the ancient drama with such ET forces and even when they do reach the point of being backed into a wall to speak up, they are still not going to tell the truth and everything they know. Why? Because the ET involvement is what has created the control of the masses and to do full disclosure on all that a select few have knowledge of would be to reveal the mass control methods of the planet.

As we consider this information, it is important to remember that it is all a hologram which is being shown forth via conscious energy thoughts which means it is ALL about energy and the factions of control have always been about who is going to control energy. It is important to become aware of the drama from a higher view point instead of simply looking at the drama as it presents itself within the hologram.
The people of Earth have been dis-empowered for so long by controlling factions that for the largest percentage of the population they “think” they cannot know truth unless government, religious or scientific factions tell them something is true when it is these very organizations that continue to hide the truth in order to control.

For the controlling factions it is much easier to allow the people to be swept along within conspiracy theories and take the stance of denial or silence which simply keeps the emotions of the population tied up in knots or creates more false thoughts and ideas while controlling factions simply go about their agendas to control.
It is important to share these things to consider simply to allow such possibilities to become aware to the masses who might not yet be aware of such thoughts and ideas and how this planetary control game can quickly lead into more control while the masses have no clue what is going on.

• Are ET life forms real? Yes
• Have they been visiting Earth for thousands of years? Yes, and more like billions of years.
• Have they been interacting with people of Earth? Yes
• Have they been instrumental in sculpting the Earth hologram? Yes
• Are ET factions responsible for the control the masses have been trapped within for thousands of years? Yes
• Was the human race created by ETs? No
• Was the Eternal Life forms “mutated” to create the human race? Yes
• Are alien abductions a plan to enhance the human race DNA and create a superior or enlightened human race? No
• Do all ET factions hold the same objective or intention in their interaction with Earth? No
• Are all visiting ET factions distorted life forms? No
• Are different ET groups feeding information to specific people? Yes

The human form is a mutated from that became mutated over billions of years of Earth history and the mutation began billions of years ago when the planets of the healed system were attacked by and infected with the cosmic virus which blew the planets apart. Over billions of years the planets eventually “regrouped” and over more millions of years they eventually ended up to express as they look today, the way most people think they have always looked and are suppose to be.

In a healed reality system, there are only 4 planets, not 8 and not 12 as some writers have reported there should be. The thoughts and ideas about there being 12 planets stems from the remembered thought of 12 chakras and 12 star gates within a system. People who have reported such things were not able to know the truth that the Vertical Pillar chakras / star gates of 12, 9, 6 & 3 are “NON Polarized” points of energy that do not manifest into a hologram. Therefore, the only way there could exist 12 planets within a hologram is if the 4 planets are blown into 12 pieces and regroup to form some similarity of a planet
.

Just like a biological life form is composed of 2 sets of polarized frequency bands ( our “Mental Body” sits within the non polarized seat of frequency band 3), so too is a planets’ matter body composed of 2 sets of polarized frequency bands of energy.

The Earth system is a system expressing in Plane 1 of the 4 Planes of reality fields so the planets are composed of the polarized frequency bands of Plane 1 (frequency bands 1 & 2) and we are seeing as our solid manifest reality field the energy held within frequency band 2 but each of the 4 planets holds higher to lower energy giving each of them a different “harmonic” of energy, expressing from higher to lower along a harmonic scale of energy associated with the solar system. This creates a “harmonic solar system” with a specific resonate tone associated with the solar system and all solar systems together create a harmonic universe or time matrix – galaxy.

A healed planet of Plane 1 consists of the energy of 2 frequency bands of polarized energy that exists on the “same” plane field but spin in opposite directions from each other with different levels of energy quanta from each other. This allows for the illusion of space between the frequency bands of energy. It allows for the illusion of space between elements that group together to flesh out the illusion of matter forms. It allows for the illusion of space between internal organs, cells and all of the smaller particles of light that flesh out the mater form.

One frequency band of energy is “base electrical” and the other is “base magnetic” energy with the corresponding vertical pillar seats are non polarized energy which creates the base electrical and base magnetic energy by replication and division of the non polarized energy and the polarized energy stepping down in energy quantum.

Polarized energy is necessary to allow for the illusion of space, time and matter which allows for the illusion of Source experiencing individuated life experiences. When consciousness steps out of the polarized frequency bands there is no space between things, there is no mater form, there is simply conscious thought that thinks and creates by creating thought patterns of energy and the Seat of Consciousness determines how much of creation is available to awareness.

A healed planet also consists of “base electrical” and “base magnetic” energy or 2 frequency bands of energy. When the cosmic virus attacked the “hologram” of the healed expression of the Earth system the planets were blown apart and this changed the entire harmonics of the system which changed the “elements” and the charge of the base electrical and base magnetic energy of the system.

It is at this point that the Eternal Life Expressions of the system were separated into the male and female expression as an Eternal Face of Source is created by Source to express both the base electrical and base magnetic within one mater form and to be a self sustaining, self sovereign life expression who co-creates “new life” simply by thinking and creating that new life as thought forms “within their self”.

It is inorganic for an Eternal Face of Source to require biological parents to join the base electrical and base magnetic energy they carry to create a biological form for the incarnating consciousness to incarnate into. A healed Eternal Face of Source simply co-creates with the elements that compose the reality field to co-create their own adult mater body which they then step into to have the life experience.

This was no longer possible when the male and female expression were separated and the harmonics of the elements were altered and so it became necessary for the process of biological parents to create a mater body to allow consciousness to incarnate into a planetary system.

When the planets reformed to some form that represents a planet and the environments of the planets balanced out to some degree to support biological life forms, life forms began to birth into the planetary systems again but the virus remained within the solar system and continued millions of years of attacking the newly formed planets one by one.

How did life “restart” if it was no longer possible for self sovereign mater body co-creation? It restarted within the ocean of the planet! The human form did not start from pond scum or evolve from fish and of course did not evolve from apes.

The egg and sperm of the male and female expression came together within the ocean in deep abysses that simulated a “womb for the growth of a mater form” and evolved within the ocean. All mater life “springs forth” from “water” as water is a carrier wave of consciousness and is why a growing fetus in the mothers’ womb looks similar to a tad pole when it begins to grow but that does not mean it is a fish or that the human DNA evolved from a fish.

The evolution of the human form occurred within the ocean of the planet and over millions of years developed to become land bearing life forms once the land masses had formed to support biological life. The evolving human form went in and out of the ocean from land to water, developing the necessary organs to become land life forms and eventually simply walked out of the ocean and remained on land. Some did not and yes, that means myths of mermaid people are true.

This is the process by which ALL life forms were “reseeded” on the planets once the planets reformed to support some kind of biological life. Earth science studies things like asteroids to try to discover the origin of life and they have discovered that the elements to create biological life are held within some of those asteroids but that does not mean that ET life forms created life on the planet. The elements for biological life remained within the blown apart planets and the process of those planets reforming carried unto the planets the formula to allow for the creation of biological life “within the oceans” of the planet.

Even though there have been many close extinctions of the human race there have remained enough humans on the planet to continue the race evolution, which has been very challenging amid the imbalanced system with planets continuing to be attacked and blown partially apart since the planets reformed.

The virus attacked the reformed planets starting with the largest of the planets, which held newly formed biological life forms, some of which became completely consumed by the cosmic virus and “mutated” to become the “godlets” of pre-ancient and ancient history.

The biological life forms of a planet are determined by the energy held within the planet, the Source intended encryption and the formula of the elements of the planet. So naturally, larger planets hold life forms that express as what would be compared to us as “giants”.

The dinosaurs were such larger life forms that through mix matched reassembly ended up expressing on Earth. They were not all monsters but some became more mutated than others and ended up expressing as monsters. For larger planets whose life forms would seem to be giants to us the dinosaurs could be thought of the way that we think of cows, horses, birds, etc. To allow some concept of this we might think of an animal that becomes infected with rabies.

Remember, it is all a hologram so the actual point of origin of attack of the virus is within the conscious thoughts of the conscious life forms creating the hologram, lying in that hospital bed while the virus raged forth its attacks on the inner system.

The mutation of the life forms of this solar system are all a result of the cosmic virus and they became so mutated they no longer hold any memory or awareness of their origin, they became the “godlets” and ET life forms that have wrecked havoc within this system ever since with an agenda to survive and the only way they could do that was to latch onto living life forms that could still receive the energy of Source so they have all held a mission of energy consumption.

But this did not just occur within this solar system but within the entire milky way galaxy so the mutated life forms are smaller expressions of a race line of mutated life forms that occurred within the higher holographic reality planes. Remember, it is ALL light shining forth from higher to lower and what occurs along that ray of light in the higher will shine forth in the lower.

When this expression of planet Earth was attacked by mutated life forms during the Atlantian cycle, the result of the attack created a mass surface planetary annihilation of all life forms but it did not create an extinction of the human form as thousands had retreated into underground cities where they had to remain until the high radiation on the surface was gone and they could return to the surface of the planet. The people of ancient cultures referred to these underground cities as Inner Earth and they were assisted to create them by life forms from Mars before Mars was attacked and destroyed by the mutated ETs.

Of course the Atlantian attack created the complete memory wipe and reduced the human population to the status of animals. There was much assistance given by Healed Eternal Faces of Source from off planet but only the energy of Source can allow healing to occur. When the humans were able to return to the surface of the planet, they were terrified of everything as they had no memory of anything; they had not memory of God – Source.
And the mutated giants of the larger planets began their addenda of controlling Earth and waiting for the next Stellar Activation Cycle (which they figured they would have been able to drain the stored energy of the planet to a low enough level by then) when they thought they would be able to make the final kill and consume the entire planet in “their” prophesied end time drama of Dec. 21, 2012. Of course, they were not successful as they had no idea of the strength of the power of Source which the Eternal Faces of Source continued to bring unto the planet via incarnating into the distorted reality field.

Indeed, the “giants” did come down to Earth and took humans as “breeders”, not their wives, in the desire to create a mutated human form that they could incarnate into to allow them to live on planet Earth. Physical breeding would not have been possible between such giants and the Earth human form but laboratory artificial insemination was possible as these distorted life forms still retained much “higher knowledge” than the mutated life forms of Earth did.

The women died giving birth to these mutated life forms as their body would not carry the fetus to full term and the “giants” ripped the fetus from the body when it was able to sustain outside of the womb; this race of distorted life forms are written about within the history books and are called the Leviathan race.

The Leviathan race has been used by many different factions of mutated ET life forms to “seed” their specific race line on the planet and the coding of the Leviathan race has been spread throughout the coding of the Earth population. But the Eternal Life Forms of Earth hold within their genetic makeup the “original Eternal Life blueprint” and is what has allowed the planet and the human race to continue to survive because they have the ability to receive the higher energy of Source.

The healed Earth hologram held the least amount of Source energy simply because of its placement of step down of energy within the time matrix galaxy so it suffered the most from the virus attack and it is the system that has taken the longest for healing to occur within.

The original Leviathan race line was the race line used by the fallen, mutated life forms to create their on planet “puppets” who they assigned to rule over the masses and they are easily controlled against their conscious awareness to play out the sneaky, controlling drama of the distorted ET races.

Such life forms are “finite life forms” and unless their system will allow for healing, they will not be able to heal into the Eternal Life expression so as the energy of Source continues to get higher and higher within the planetary system it will make these life forms sick and they will drop the body and follow a path of finite life form expression.

A virus cannot create new life, a virus can only “mutate existing life” via infection and consuming. It is important to understand where these ET life forms originated from to understand that the information they are feeding into the planet is NOT to assist the Eternal Life Forms of Earth to heal into higher consciousness or to heal the mutated DNA.

There is a process occurring within the hologram called the “harvest” and it is a process of the distorted ET life forms “reclaiming” their own. The process of the harvest has been spoken of in recorded history and called the “144,000 chosen ones”. Source choose ALL, Source does not only choose an elite group of life forms! Source does not create elite groups of beings, distorted life forms do such things to control and consume.

Eternal Life Expressions DO NOT do things such as alien abductions or genetic manipulation, such things are a violation of free will. Eternal Life Expressions DO NOT interfere with free will at any time and in any way!

If it were simply of matter of being taken into a lab to heal the distortions of the planet then such things could have been healed a long time ago.

It is quite possible that the scientific community will be used to present “newly discovered” information that speaks that the human race was created by ET life forms form elsewhere and IF that occurs, it would allow the powers that are controlling the planet an open doorway to bring accepted awareness of ET life forms into mass awareness. This is why it is important that this information be shared so you can at least consider it and have the opportunity to make better choices for what you choose to believe.
Here are some questions to ask to assist with your discernment:

• Does the information desire you to be Self Sovereign or does it require you to follow someone?
• How will the information empower you to become Self Sovereign?
• Does the information create fear within to lead you to follow and external savior?
• Where are you being asked to place your energy? If it is outside of yourself, you are giving your energy away.
• Does the information lead you to the One and Only Eternal Source of creation or to a godlet who desires you to think they created you?
• Are you being asked to pray to or see rewards from anything outside of yourself other than your personal inner connection with Source?
• What do you have to gain from the information and will the information allow you to understand your personal power?

There is nothing at all to fear as healing continues for the Eternal Faces of Source but the controlling factions will desire you to fear because if you can be held in a state of fear it is easier to be controlled.

Through daily focus on Source any and all fears can be healed and dissolved as the higher energy of Source fills you to over flowing but focusing on the control drama can very quickly send one into a pool of fear and control.

Healing into higher conscious awareness is not a process of being controlled by fed information it is a process of becoming aware of higher truth and higher thoughts to consider and allow for sparks to occur within which ignite flames and allow for “inner awareness” to open to become aware of.

Simply by focusing on Source, communing with Source and allowing the Love of Source to fill you will allow it to be much easier to simply allow others to choose as they desire.

We are currently paused within the videos offered on the AW youtube channel to discover more about how a hologram is created and unfortunately this harsh winter and the need to have a noisy space heater at my desk has paused the creation of video shares but I am holding the vision and intention of sunshine and spring and hopefully it will not be much longer before the weather agrees with me.

But, when I am able to create the next video share we will still be paused for a bit on exploration of a hologram as it is necessary to now present the Embodied Eternal Life Grid and talk about information that pertains to that so that I can share with you an important “reconnection” that occurred within the Eternal Life Grid during the last time shift of Feb. 12, 2014. Understanding that will require understanding the Embodied Eternal Life Grid. So, that is what we have to look forward to in the next video share.

Krystalai: Etheric Inner Earth Stargates

The question that is asked most often after a client orders their Individualized Eternal Life MP3 is how often should I listen to it. The answer to this question is how often would you like to be completely immersed within the entire Divine Blue Print Template of the Breath of Source that originally created you? We would all like to do this as often as possible. However, if you are still preoccupied with the 3D world, begin with one hour or two hours a day, which is enough to listen to all of your songs at least once. Find songs that resonate with you the most, and listen to them one hour a day. Those songs might be the ones that are healing something in you that needs the most attention at this time. You will eventually get tired of those songs, because that item that needed attention is healed. Soon, another song or two will resonate with you the most. You see, when I am collecting frequencies and aligning consciousness into the certain places and certain codes, I am going through a process of healing one miasm at a time, as well as always aligning your template within your five merkabas into the Etheric Inner Earth Stargates where we will eventually walk through the doors at the 14th dimensional frequency level. I am also always aligning your template through your merkaba into the outer realms of the D4 Christic Realm of Aramatena--our 12th stargate, and then on out into the Cosmic Time Matrix and into the pre sound and pre sound light fields. Once the frequencies are aligned and collected I transmute all of those frequencies into pure Source Frequencies. This guarantees the original spark of Source is penetrating your body from the zero point within your cells out into the Infinite Unknown.

So, there are all of these breaths of consciousness aligning your consciousness into the Inner and the Outer Domains of Eternal Life Frequencies. Now, your body is fully within the flame of the complete light and sound spectrum. It looks like a crystal light body. I see that light body standing within a candle flame. The flame holds all of the light codes from hertzian, infra red, visible light, invisible light, x ray, gamma-plasma and pink white light. That light is the total light of Source. So, I hold your crystal light body within the flame, which we call the Amorea Flame and the Ekasha Flame. While I am doing this I am using codes such as Uma A tra Ena A Ekasha. This means the spiritual all ness of this one being held within the spark of Source Flame. We hold this flame within the pineal gland and within the crystal heart chakra area where the fourth and the eighth chakras meet. The Amorea Flame contains the frequencies of D4 Christ Consciousness or Universal Consciousness and D5 Cosmic Consciousness ignited by the breath of Source and wrapped around the body.

Now that your body has been firmly wrapped and penetrated with Source Frequencies that transpose you from the zero point within out into infinity, your new light body rides in the merkaba down into the Etheric Core of Earth to plant the seed of your original perfect self that will be reborn from the Core of Earth out into the Crystal Grids of Earth and then flow into the atmosphere and into your personal biosphere. You are now living within a sphere of Etheric Reality - the self that you once were and were supposed to be.

Now that your seed has been planted in the future, your rebirth is now possible. Our original 12 coded self was not planted into the Earth's Core at the time of our incarnation because of the frequency fences and misalignments created by Fallen Races.

It was not until this time when the Founders Races brought in enough Indigo Star seeds to raise the frequencies of the Earth and to implant enough of these frequencies into the Core of Etheric Earth, that this Sphere of Amenti, which at once carried our complete 12 coded blue print of our race line. Our race line had to be returned in pieces, one at a time. So there were 12 races that had to be returned. The Indigo Children brought in one frequency at a time to re-establish our original birth right.

Now, it is our time to travel into the Earth's Core and plant our seed into the Sphere of Amenti. Now we have aligned with the correct perfect template. Next, I use that template- your personal template to transmute the miasms and seals that were placed in your body by the fallen race lines over the past millions of years. There were these beautiful perfect codes or symbols within our templates. When the symbol is perfected within the chakra, the DNA can then begin to connect to the 12 sub harmonic strands that are supposed to be on each and every strand of the double helix, triple helix, or whatever template the body is now carrying. Where the scientists see junk DNA is actually an invisible etheric template where the 12 sub harmonics belong.

These sub harmonics naturally appear once the miasms are removed from the physical template and the spirit body template.

Once the breath and spark of Source enters into the pre sound and pre light chambers of Cosmic Consciousness, there is a divine coded template that is formed. It is made out of star dust- the language of the stars, the frequencies of the Cosmos. When we tune in to these frequencies within our cells and within the Etheric Inner Earth and within the Stardust that will be coming from Comet ISON and other Solar Wind activity, we are re-igniting our or keylon codes or our star language codes. We are allowing the communication of our Starry family to become our new consciousness which is called SUPER.

The ETERNAL LIFE MP3 is created from certain frequencies of Cosmic Consciousness. The frequencies sometimes include codes which are like mathematical formulas that do certain things. Our Cosmic Creation Family knows about everything that has happened to their Soul Families over the past millions of years. They know exactly how each miasm, distortion, misalignment was placed within our field of Consciousness. They know how the Fallen Angelic groups sacrificed our divine templates to create magical powders for their own recreational uses. They know how we were tortured, they know how we were misaligned from the Mind of God.

AND----THEY KNOW HOW TO FIX EVERYTHING

The codes, the frequencies, the training, the Consciousness alignment with Elemental Crystal Spheres of Energy, are all a part of the Scientific Formula for FIXING THE MESS that was created by Fallen races over the past millions of years.

Crystalai was given these formulas, activations, codes directly from her own Over Soul and Monadic Families who directed the perfect flow of the Sound and Light from Cosmic Consciousness- the Rishi Self that is too etheric to contact directly. The flow of Consciousness of density one and two etheric light and sound frequencies coming directly from the Grand Yana Creation Races at the Pre Sound and Light Fields of Consciousness guarantee the frequencies to be completely uncontaminated by any of the Frequency Wars that have taken place over the past 250 billion years.

Once the Frequencies come through the Breath of Consciousness, they begin to transmute the negative blockages that were placed in the templates of Angelic Humans on the Earth. Once all of these Miasms or Errors that were placed in the light fields are removed, an entire new reality is revealed to Consciousness.
The Guardians know about the miasms in the sexual organs, they know about the miasms in the pineal, they know about the vesica pisces creating a mortality loop that guarantees death. They know that these problems were created at such high levels, that they can't be healed through chakras alone. They problems existed as far back in the creation template as the light fields only steps down from the pre light fields of Source Consciousness.

The original Electric Wars that took place many millions of years ago, were a war against Source itself within the Plasma Level or within the Original Sun.

The only way the problem could be completely removed was to clear the memory all the way back to our original self- our original divine blue print. This is what we are doing with the Eternal Life MP3. The Breaths of Consciousness streaming from Cosmic Consciousness are programmed with the codes of transmutation, that will dissolve the miasms within the template eternally.

Once this process is complete, the Angelic Human will remember how Instant Manifestation was always a part of normal reality. Instant Healing wasn't even a concept because there was nothing to heal. The IDEA MAN was, is and always will be perfect, complete and whole. Abstract concepts such as Orbing, teleporting, telecommunication with multidimensional reality are all a part of the Normal System, once these Distortions are removed from the DNA template and our 12 coded Divine Template is restored.

MATHEMATICAL FORMULA OF CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS

Christ Consciousness is the Mind of God that sees everything before it is breathed into existence at this level.
Christ Consciousness is the mathematical code which is continuously creating the Divine Blue Print of the perfect image and likeness or mirror image of the entire Mind of God or Omnipotent Divine Consciousness. That divine blue print is a 12 dimensional code containing within it the Divine Manifestations of the Eternal Life, Continuous Omnipresent Love that continuously spins the electromagnetic frequencies of 33 1/3 electro clockwise and 11 2/3 magnetic counterclockwise within the sphere of clockwise rotation. That frequency Radiates into the at oneness with a parallel field of electromagnetic frequencies spinning the same way, but in a parallel anti particle reality field. Each of the particle and anti particle reality fields spin 45 degrees to equal 90 degrees in a vertical reality field. Another set of mathematical radiation particles spin together to create the horizontal reality field. Together they create 180 degree field of reality. That field of reality is then broken down into faster moving fields of diagonal spinning fields of electromagnetic particles creating radiation fields of plasma, gamma, x ray, invisible light, visible light, infra red and hertzian light energy into a sphere of light 360 degrees.

Everything in Divine Consciousness Creativity is made of spheres of light that spin at this perfect ratio to create layers of 45 degree angles of rotation. The creation energy is always radiation energy. We must be radiating this high frequency energy at the fastest rate of spin in the 12 dimensional radiation level to maintain our complete reality in the Christ Coded blue print. Simultaneously that 12 dimensional divine blue print can express itself in parallel reality fields that manifest as 5 dimensional and 6 dimensional realities. These would contain the 12 sub harmonics of the Christ Consciousness mathematical formula in each of the 5 DNA strands or 6 DNA strands. The reality would appear different because it would be less dense or more dense. There is no density in the 12 DNA reality field. It is completely etheric in nature. However, that etheric reality is always a part of everything even if it only has 3DNA or 4 DNA. The perfect mathematical principle of all creation is always the 12 DNA coded divine blue print.

IN reality that Divine Blue Print of Christ Consciousness has Always Existed, Does Exist and Always will Exist in every human angelic being and every star seed on Earth. The reason that this reality doesn't seem to appear to us when we look at people and situations is because there was a Miasm placed between the vortexes where the light energy and frequencies created by the spin ratio of the 331/3 and 11 2/3 merkaba spin rate within the particle and anti particle universe. The problem was actually placed in the anti particle universe that was parallel to ours so that we could never align correctly into the harmony of that blended rate of spin that would create the 90 degree and 180 degree and perfect 360 degree spheres of light and sound that are NORMAL to any God Made reality field.

We now know through Keylontic Science (the Language of the Stars) that error is Frozen Light. We now know what the mathematical formula of Christ Consciousness is. We now know how we were blocked from our Divine Blue Print through reverse spin technologies. We now know that we are made from the radiation technologies of light and sound that can project us in millions of different density levels.

Those Miasms are frozen Light Energy that is unable to spin and move and freely manifest. Those miasms can be melted out of the old frozen DNA that is creating the illusion of this Frozen Density of Consciousness. Our Guardian Races have placed our original Divine Blue Print into our 12 DNA strands already. That gift has already been established on Earth.


The test of our ability to ascend is very simple. Have we searched within our Crystal Heart to find the alignment back to Source Consciousness. When we find ourselves - our Soul - our complete multidimensional consciousness of our Over Souls, Avatar and Rishi Self, we find the Christ of our self in our Soul, in our Crystal Heart.

We have learned through the help of Keylontic Science that there was a very specific formula used to create the block of Source from our Crystal Heart. That formula was the revealed to us through the Vesica Pisces, the Golden Mean, the Fibonacci, the Metatronic Formulas. All of these formulas were created by and brought to Earth by Thoth, AA Michael, Lucifer and Jehovah. These were the identities who chose to make themselves gods and lords over our beings instead of allowing us to find the At One Ment with Source Consciousness through our Crystal Heart.

My name was given to me to help me remember my mission on Earth. Crystalai is the name of a Council of High Cosmic Beings. It was named after the Crystalai formula that connects us directly from our Crystal Hearts to Source Consciousness.

 That Formula of Creation is in direct contradiction with the Flower of Life teachings that originated from Thoth and are found in the publications of Drunvalo Melchizedek. Talea reveals that Drunvalo uses the reversed spin ratio of 34:21 which is 34 times Counter Clockwise over 24 Clockwise and the vehicle around our bodies forms a disk of 55 feet in diameter Talea continues if we refer back to figure 2 in her book on page 216 we can see that these numbers represent the Fibonnaci approximation toward the golden mean ratio. The 55 metatronic spin is what was being used to pull us into the Black Hole Phantom Matrix on December 21, 2012. It was the Crystalai formula of holding us completely within the true merkaba spin rate of 33 1/3 clockwise over 112/3 counter clockwise magnetic and then doubling that proper energy into a 90 to over ride the 55. That is what saved us from the Black Hole.

We were shifted from the outer domains into the middle domains. It is only in the outer domains that a system can be pulled into black hole.

Everything in the Thoth teachings, Metatronic teachings, Flower of Life Teachings, Golden Mean, Fibonnaci sequence, and everything related to these formulas, including Solfege, Pythagorean Theories, BiVecas, Vesica Pisces, and a long list of other formulas that have been used to cut us off from Source and pull us into the Black Hole.

We can no longer be pulled into the Black Hole; however, that old technology will continue to thrive and try to prove itself as the correct formula until those are awakened through ascension into the Higher Earth or die and then shift into the Higher Earth. It is guaranteed that those who continue to use those eternal death formulas will need to die before entering Higher Earth and those who have used the correct ascension formulas will walk into Higher Earth.

Originally, the Guardian Alliance said that only those who shifted into the correct 12 DNA sub harmonic alignment before December 21,2012 would be able to walk onto Higher Earth through ascension. However, there was the second possibility given for those who decided to correct their formulas and align through the Crystal Heart, there would be help given by the Aquafarian Hosts.

I work directly with the Aquafarian Hosts. My family lives in Aquafaria, and I have the codes that directly connect me to that realm. I can connect frequencies into the Aquafarian Host Matrix for assistance in ascension.

Everyone has the freedom of choice to follow whatever belief system of formulas they desire. There is no judgement. Some will walk through the stargates between 2017 and 2022, and others will need to die or bardoah into their new bodies in order to align into Higher Earth.

In order to ascend into Higher Earth, it is just a matter of angular rotation of particle spin. We are all standing on Higher Earth right now. We just haven’t adjusted our particle spin, our perception, our 5DNA alignment into multidimensionality. Those alignments require the crystal heart to be plugged directly into Source Consciousness. And those old formulas do not allow that plug in to occur.

Healing begins through education as the first step of conscious healing requires knowledge that healing is needed.
Healing into personal power is not a process of offering knowledge and healing tools and then those things becoming a crutch. Healing into personal power cannot occur if the individual continues to believe they must rely on the teacher to tell them what to do next.

The life forms of Earth have become dis-empowered via memory loss and lack of Source energy to such an extreme that the majority cannot yet remember they are Source embodied and that the life experience is not being done to them but that they are creating it their selves.

It is necessary to offer knowledge to assist the life form to first remember how they are creating the life experience which opens memory and begins to return awareness of personal power.

Only by remembering personal power, remembering the personal connection to Source and regaining self trust can a life form regain personal responsibility for everything they experience inside and outside of their self.

The distorted system of the Earth hologram has been created and controlled via the inner distorted virus via distorted thoughts and the process of daily living and survival seems like it is controlled within every sector of the life experience.

The people of Earth easily accept the factions of control through held beliefs and thoughts of concepts such as the devil, satan, ET groups and secret societies. This is not a new occurrence within the mass consciousness and has been held in place for thousands of years via the inner distorted virus.

The masses find it very easy to believe that a hidden, unseen force is responsible for the chaos, imbalance and control and this is a result of personal experiences with inner and outer demons that seem to be very real.

Simply because the thoughts of the masses have been controlled by the distorted thoughts of the inner virus for so long and because of memory loss, the mass consciousness accepts imbalance as part of the life experience and are shocked or amazed when things work within balance to such a degree that it seems like a miracle.

The desire to heal into balance remains but seems like an impossible feat simply because at this time there is no one on the planet with open memory of what it “feels” like to experience within a balanced reality field; the concept of miracles offer hope yet always seem to be out of reach and possibly even fairy tales.
Simply offering an assisted healing system will not allow healing into self empowerment, it would only be one more program that became lost among many programs that are already available on the planet, some of which simply promote more control and dis-empowerment.

The inner distorted virus has used the life forms of Earth for so long to do its bidding and co-create its desires that it seems natural to the largest percentage of the population for someone to tell them what they should do and to take care of their needs when disaster and chaos strike.

It is for these reasons that the people quickly turn to the political, religious and medical communities to lead them and tell them what they should do and provide for their needs of well being.

Every life form on the planet and the planet itself carry the infection of the distorted virus consciousness and feel helpless within a sea of imbalance and there will remain those who are more than happy to control and tell people what they should do and how they should live until the virus is completely purged from the planet which will not complete until the planet returns to its healed expression in 87 years.

The battle to heal from the virus cannot occur by placing ones energy within the outer hologram and focusing on what is occurring within the outer hologram because what is occurring within the outer hologram is a result of what is held within.

Only by focusing within, by remaining constantly aware of the personal thoughts and “reprogramming” the distorted thoughts can awareness of the healing that is taking place occur.

The dis-empowerment and control of the virus has created and fosters the belief of an external savior within the largest percentage of the population. The concept of a savior is adapted to fit into any belief system; it may be thought of as an embodied face that is going to appear in the outer hologram and instantly remove all imbalance or it may have been adapted to think it is going to be some higher ET life form that is going to remove chosen ones from the planet and take them off to a balanced reality system.

Such beliefs have been held within the mass consciousness for thousands of years and such beliefs are exactly the same with the only difference being the concept of who and what the savior will present as.
Only by remembering that all of creation is energy, the energy of Source, how creation occurs and that all life forms are Source embodied can real healing occur and the false belief of an external savior be healed within the conscious collective.

The process of healing into balance still fits within the ancient thought that healing does not occur via supplying the fish, healing occurs by teaching the individual how to fish and provide for their own needs.
The dis-empowerment that has occurred within the Earth hologram is so severe that if the current food supply system were not in place hundreds of thousands would very quickly starve to death simply because they have no idea how to feed their selves and the food supply system has been allowed to be completely controlled.

The current desire is to offer knowledge and understanding to remember truth that will empower to allow those who can hear to take back control for their needs, personal healing and well being while healing to remember allowance and free will.

Allowance does not mean sticking your head in the sand and ignoring what is going on around you. Healing into balance requires remembering the importance of the whole and how each piece of the whole is required to allow anyone to heal.

Allowance requires understanding personal strength and how & where to apply that personal strength to assist into whole healing while remembering that you do not have the right to control anyone but yourself as all hold the gift of free will.

It is known that there are those who are anxious for personal healing and may currently feel they need to be told what to do to facilitate personal healing and there are those who do not feel they need such assistance who have reached a point of healing to allow them to remember their personal power and the support and strength they know via their personal connection to Source.

It is desired to offer as much support into healing as possible for the whole without interfering with free will and when enough knowledge has been offered to allow the opportunity to allow for an “informed choice” there will be offered some tools for assistance with personal healing but you do not have to wait until such tools are offered to work on personal healing and making a stronger connection to Source. There are already some tools offered on the AW website that can assist with personal healing but the main key is daily consistency of focusing on and communing with Source as well as constant awareness of personal thoughts.
What limitations might your thoughts be imposing upon you? If you believe you cannot “you will not” because your beliefs will create exactly as you believe.

What are you filling yourself with from the external hologram? Are you filling yourself with thoughts and ideas that speak of forces with a desire to control, consume and create chaos? If those types of things are what you are choosing to focus your thoughts on then that is exactly the type of experiences you will create.
Ask yourself why anyone might find it challenging or impossible to find 30 minutes a day to simply be one with Source and be quite and commune with Source. Is the imbalanced life experience so important that there is no time to work on co-creating balance? If it is then it will be quite unpleasant to experience healing into balance.

Why might people put the needs and desires of others as more important than their personal needs or desires? Do you run yourself out of energy daily trying to take care of everyone else and have no energy left to take care of yourself?

Do you feel it is selfish to take care of yourself first and if so why do you feel that way? Such a feeling spawns from lack of self love and trying to ensure that others continue to supply the love that feels missing within. It is a game of chasing your tail and never getting anywhere and spawns dis-empowerment for others by not allowing them to take care of their own needs.

Lack of self love spawns from false beliefs that say you are not good enough or unworthy in some fashion and such false beliefs can only heal by consistently filling yourself with the love of Source.

You ARE important! You are an extremely important part of the whole and without you there would be a missing piece within the whole and then who would take care of all of those needs of others that seem to be so important.

If you choose to allow time for yourself daily to simply relax, be quite and still and focus on Source within you then you can quickly discover that all of the love and acceptance you will ever need is held within and that you can easily fill yourself with the love of Source and then it becomes much easier to gift that love and eternally gain more for yourself.

Note: A few things passed my personal awareness from the hologram these past few days and so I asked Vertical Guidance and below is the message that is for the whole. Of course the response was not what I was expecting but I have come to realize that expectations are deeply over-rated.

Perception of Creation:

The fact that the people of Earth currently view their self as their matter body limits perception of the truth of creation. The matter body is a temporary vehicle made of the same light units the experiential holographic reality field is made of and operates very much like a computer and just like a computer will not come alive (move about, interact, present images) unless there exits an energy supply, stored coding – memory.

When consciousness enters their energy into the light units of the matter body they are the supplier of the energy and coded memory held as thoughts that animate the light units of the matter form.
The consciousness exists as a type of radiation made of units of “non-visible light” and it is non-visible light because it is non-polarized or neutral charged energy expressing at varying degrees of energy quanta. The conscious radiation that animates polarized units of light “IS” Source in smaller energy units and expresses exactly as Source does as neutral, non-visible light which to the life forms of Earth would look like a sea of bright, white light with no defining form within the sea.
The fact that the life forms of Earth are currently unable to shape shift the units of light of the matter body form traps the embodied consciousness and holds it in the same state for the life time of the matter body and the loss of memory the planet has encountered limits the perception of creation.
The limited state of perception makes life forms believe they are their matter body and do not exist without the matter body. Memory loss and being blocked from the truth of creation via the inner cosmic virus prohibits awareness that all of creation is conscious energy. Such limited perception makes it next to impossible to believe that even things like sun beams, rainbows or orbs of light that may show up in pictures are alive, conscious energy because the held belief is that consciousness must be held within an animated matter body form to be considered alive.

Inanimate objects are not considered to be “alive” because consciousness is not animating them. Inanimate objects are made of conscious light but the inorganic state of which the light particles have been fused together does not allow an eternal life grid that would support higher conscious energy and is why inanimate objects will not transpose into higher conscious reality systems.

When embodied conscious identity holds the ability to fluctuate the level of dense light energy the consciousness can move their matter body through the dense light of inanimate objects. It is inorganic for eternal life expressions to be limited by dense light particles but the process of releasing such limitations requires being able to self generate energy and raising units of light into higher light vibration – oscillation sequences and healing is occurring to allow this ability to return to the eternal life expressions of Earth.

Healing into higher conscious thinking and balance with Source requires becoming aware of creation as the energy it actually is instead of thinking and viewing of creation as solid, manifest matter and remembering everything perceived as being outside of the viewer is actually light units expressing at varying degree of brightness with varying degrees of units of light turned off to awareness which allows for the illusion of space between units of light.

The grouping of units of light to create the outline of a form is inherent per the encrypted thought held within the personal conscious identity. Thought and memory are the same thing and once thought patterns or programmed data – coding is encrypted into neutral charged energy the neutral charged energy retains the encrypted thought as memory; very much like a computer retains a software program to come alive when the user tells it to.

It is desired to offer awareness of the need for caution when encountering any external technology reported to create higher body health by altering the held memory because altering memory is the same process of altering the encrypted thought coding and is exactly what the internal, distorted virus does and how it has created a distorted holographic reality field through the living matter light base via the “conscious thoughts” of the life forms of Earth.

Earth science has held the technology to alter memory for many years and will continue to present the technology to the public in many ways reported to improve physical health and well being. People easily and quickly accept such “newly discovered scientific technology” because of the fear of death and is why the medical venue is a great place to introduce new technology.

The masses are not aware that before new technology is flushed into the public arena it has been tried, tested and at least in the process of being applied in the military arena to discover the benefits it can have for all military action, known and unknown.

The intelligent, distorted virus desires to create intelligent, artificial life and once Earth science presents to the public new discovered technology to alter stored memory patterns it will be more easily acceptable to the public when new technology is presented for artificial life that holds “stored memory programming” and follows commands.

This artificial technology will be flushed into the public arena in the near future and it is already being used in automobiles and other smaller technology but a robotic, life size artificial intelligence will be presented to the public in the near future and it will be presented as the next best, newest and highest technology that will make daily living much easier.

The technology will manifest into the hologram with many levels of control and agendas behind it and will be incorporated into the military sector to create robotic armies. No, it is not just science fiction! Science already holds the technology to create such things.

Understanding and embodying more of what it means that the reality field is a hologram can assist awareness into the need to protect the personal memory or personal thoughts and not fall prey to the hyped memory technology when it manifests into the hologram. Such technology will spread into all social systems and will become very popular within the metaphysical sector, offering the next best thing for rapid DNA activation.

We will eventually get to the point of sharing information about DNA activation within the video presentations but for now it is simply desired to bring awareness that nothing outside of yourself or anything artificially implanted into yourself will allow or support such a thing. Turning on more chemicals within the DNA is a matter of turning on more of the higher energy of Source and no one can do that for another in any way.

The masses continue to be held within a volatile position as they go through the process of healing because awakening consciousness can be gullible and trusting which is an inherent quality of Source who loves all of ItSelf and allows all possibilities of free will. The best possible protection against things that are put right in front of you and called something else with an unknown agenda behind them is to accept and believe nothing simply because someone is really good at selling it by controlling the emotional body because that someone is the inner distorted virus.

Of course that does not apply to all technology and some can be quite helpful but when it comes to altering the gene code makeup, such as altering memory patterns, it is suggested to use great caution in choosing.

There is no reason to fear anything and when a life form allows the continued focus to be on Source and allows Source to be the guiding light then making choices can become much easier and it would be wise to not allow yourself to be “pushed” into making a choice because someone is trying to control your emotions.

Gifting and Receiving Love:

There are those in body on planet who are consumed with fear which means the inner virus is in complete control of their thoughts and they are so fearful they even fear to give and receive the love of Source and many in this situation will tell people things like keep your heart chakra closed and then there is the other extreme that says to open your heart chakra. The heart chakra has become associated with the quality of love within the mass consciousness but love is gifted and received via the entire energy body system, not just the heart chakra. If a life forms heart chakra was not open then they would not be in body because the physical body would stop supporting their consciousness.
It is actually the entire physical body that control occurs through and when you can understand that the control is coming from an inner, intelligent, distorted virus it becomes much easier to understand that the entire system is held in some state of control and not just one area of the system.
By consciously choosing to “close” your chakras you are consciously contracting your energy unto yourself and not allowing energy to flow through you which in turn keeps you from receiving the flow of Source energy. But because the largest percentage of the population are not aware of their energy system they do not know how to regulate their energy system and pull their energy fields in close to them when needed instead of simply leaving them wide open to everything around them. Many people are “empaths” and do not yet know they are and empaths tend to draw energy to them like a magnet and “feel” all kinds of responses through their physical – energy systems that others do not yet notice.

The only way to become aware of controlling your own energy is to allow self awareness as to how you are affected by energy and this awakens via healing of personal awareness of personal power which comes from continued focus into higher conscious thinking which can only come from Source.
The inner virus will continue its agenda to control the thoughts and beliefs of the masses until it is purged from the system and its main stronghold is to generate fear through the physical – emotional body. Continued focus and communion with Source is the only thing that can squelch those inner fears that desire to control and consume. You do have a choice and that choice is what you choose to believe!

Healing into balance and higher consciousness requires healing into truth which is a process of becoming aware of more knowledge to consider and see how it feels for you and truth removes mysticism from the equation and is what Earth science desires to achieve but truth also requires knowledge of the non-visible energy of Source. Replacing mysticism with knowledge then allows for self empowerment and healing into the organic self sovereign life expression you were created to be and removes all fear. Finite life forms are not able to know such truth or co-create simply by thinking and is why the distorted virus has not only survived by consuming energy from living systems but uses the organic abilities of living systems to get them to create what it desires via “thinking”.
What are you creating with your thoughts via the beliefs you hold and are those beliefs your own or do they belong to someone else who desires you to accept their beliefs?

All thoughts come from somewhere and all thoughts create and add those creations to the hologram but not all thoughts originate from Source and the encrypted thoughts of Source. The inner, distorted virus has been manipulating the thoughts of the Earth solar system for a very long time and is very experienced at doing so.

The Earth hologram and the life experience is not “being done to you”, you and the masses are creating the hologram yourself so you are doing it all to yourself but it is important to try to retain awareness that the imbalance is a result of the inner, intelligent, distorted virus and is working through you to do its bidding and simply being aware of that allows you power to stop the distorted thoughts that are creating the distorted reality field.

As you go about your daily activities and encounter people, places and things and experience stress, strife, fear and worry ask yourself who is making you experience such things. Is it possible for the life forms of Earth to be under the influence of mind control and if so, who is doing the controlling and where are they controlling from?

How many stories are reported daily on the news channels that people are doing seemingly random things such as going on a shooting spree and people who knew them say they had no idea that person was capable of something like that?

How many things are being planned within black ops sectors to control the masses, the economy, the planetary resources and the planet and how could those life forms even have such thoughts and ideas? Mentally ill? What creates mental illness in which an individual has lost complete control of their thoughts?

There is nothing to fear but there is reason to become aware why anyone might hold fear within them. Stepping out of fear requires remembering your personal power which requires remembering you ARE Source embodied and eternally connected to Source. It then becomes much easier to shift your attention to Source and consciously fill your body with the energy of Source in any given situation.
You could not feel love and desire balance if the energy of Source was not flowing through you nor would you feel unloved or worry that you are not good enough because to feel the opposite of love you must know the feeling of love.

Simple awareness of the “root cause” of all distortion can allow awareness of personal power to return and you hold the solution or anti-virus within you to empower you and assist you to become stronger than the virus and take back control of your thoughts to create what you desire to experience and create the hologram anew.

We are working to present more knowledge to you that can assist self awareness and healing but it takes time because of the need to heal to allow more knowledge to open to awareness but you do not have to wait on more knowledge to choose what you desire to focus your thoughts and attention on.
Protection from the external environment is not simply a matter of putting a lock around your heart chakra as some might desire you to believe it is a matter of “guarding your thoughts” constantly as they are the core program that determines all experiences.

Giving the love of Source, freely without any expectations assures you will continue to receive the love of Source increased of the amount you gifted and gifting the love of Source cannot occur if fear binds and contracts the love of Source.

Awareness includes awareness of the external environment and how it is used to pump thoughts into the mass consciousness to then get the mass consciousness to create those thoughts within the hologram but you can even regain control of that process simply by choosing what you desire to accept into your belief system and focus your energy into which means you can control, simply by thinking, any hidden agenda that you may not currently be aware of.

The holiday season presents a “mind set” of accepted beliefs that it is a season to gift to others but sadly the concept has been hindered via commercial means spawned from a desire of acquisition and creates a lot of stress for many to try to live up to the social expectations put upon the holiday season.
When you give freely the love of Source it does not require any commercial concepts but simply caring, sharing and assisting others with their needs and doing so offers a much fuller return of Source energy than maxing your credit card to purchase more material items.

The joy of the Christmas holiday and the coming New Year offers an opportunity to simply breathe and choose what you would like to do to assist yourself and the whole into healing back into balance and can be a restart point to choose where you desire to place your energy and what you desire to focus upon.

When you allow yourself to “know” you are Source embodied then looking at the external hologram and all of the crazy things that are going to continue to occur for awhile become much easier because YOU are in control of you and no one else.

The New Year will present “exactly” as the masses create it and you can support each other in making it a memorable one.

13 Evidence-Based Medicinal Properties of Coconut Oil

While coconut oil has dragged itself out of the muck of vast misrepresentation over the past few years, it still rarely gets the appreciation it truly deserves.  Not just a “good” saturated fat, coconut oil is an exceptional healing agent as well, with loads of useful health applications.

Some examples of “good” saturated fat include

1. Fat-burning
Ironic, isn’t it? A saturated fat which can accelerate the loss of midsection fat (the most dangerous kind). Well, there are now two solid, human studies showing just two tablespoons a day (30 ml), in both men and women, is capable of reducing belly fat within 1-3 months.

2. Brain-Boosting

A now famous study, published in 2006 in the journal Neurobiology of Aging, showed that the administration of medium chain triglycerides (most plentifully found in coconut oil) in 20 subjects with Alzheimer’s disease or mild cognitive impairment, resulted in significant increases in ketone bodies (within only 90 minutes after treatment) associated with measurable cognitive improvement in those with less severe cognitive dysfunction.[i]

3. Clearing Head Lice

When combined with anise spray, coconut oil was found to be superior to the insecticide permethrin (.43%).[ii]

4. Healing Wounds

Coconut has been used for wound healing since time immemorial. Three of the identified mechanisms behind these healing effects are its ability to accelerate re-epithelialization, improve antioxidant enzyme activity, and stimulate higher collagen cross-linking within the tissue being repaired.[iii]  Coconut oil has even been shown to work synergistically with traditional treatments, such as silver sulphadizine, to speed burn wound recovery.[iv]

5. NSAID Alternative

Coconut oil has been demonstrated to have anti-inflammatory, analgesic and fever-reducing properties.[v]

6. Anti-Ulcer Activity

Interestingly, coconut milk (which includes coconut oil components), has been shown to be as effective as the conventional drug sucralfate as an NSAID-associated anti-ulcer agent. [vi]

7. Anti-Fungal

In 2004, 52 isolates of Candida species were exposed to coconut oil. The most notorious form, Candida albicans, was found to have the highest susceptibility. Researchers remarked: “Coconut oil should be used in the treatment of fungal infections in view of emerging drug-resistant Candida species.” [vii]

8. Testosterone-Booster

Coconut oil was found to reduce oxidative stress in the testes of rats, resulting in significantly higher levels of testosterone. [viii]

9. Reducing Swollen Prostate

Coconut oil has been found to reduce testosterone-induced benign prostate growth in rats. [ix]

10. Improving Blood Lipids

Coconut oil consistently improves the LDL:HDL ratio in the blood of those who consume it. Given this effect, coconut oil can nolonger be dismissed for being ‘that saturated fat which clogs the arteries.’

11. Fat-Soluble Nutrient Absorption

Coconut oil was recently found to be superior to safflower oil in enhancing tomato carotenoid absorption. [x]

12. Bone Health
